He is the former DSNA (French ANSP) SESAR program director.

He has been involved in SESAR Research and Innovation projects since SESAR 1 and in SESAR deployment projects with SESAR Deployment Manager. He has been member of the SESAR Program Committee, the SESAR 3 JU Governing board and the Supervisory Board of the SESAR Deployment and Infrastructure Partnership.

He has been chairing the CANSO Strategic Technology Working Group and is involved in the definition of the CATS (Complete Air Traffic Services) CANSO initiative.

He has also been involved in aviation standardisation, co-chair of WG-59 (FDPS Interoperability) and has been a member of the EUROCAE Council for years, being the chair of this Council between 2011 and 2014. He has received the president award in 2024.
